By accessing and using the CCG SiteSpark website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with us.
1. Services Provided
CCG SiteSpark provides digital services including custom web design and development, website hosting, ongoing maintenance, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for small and local businesses. Specific deliverables for each engagement are documented in a project quote or statement of work shared before any deposit is taken.
2. Payments & Billing
A 50% deposit is required to commence work on new website projects. The remainder is due before launch. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, SEO retainers) are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final website design and the custom content created specifically for your project. Third-party assets (stock imagery, fonts, plugins) remain governed by their respective licences. We retain the right to feature your project in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We work with you until you are satisfied with your website. Reasonable revisions are included during the design phase. After launch, additional changes are billed at our standard hourly rate or covered by an active maintenance plan.
5. Liability
We deliver work to professional standards but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, traffic, conversions). Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the services in question.
